Each day as an Outside Sales Manager at LeanWerks brings new opportunities and exciting challenges. You'll start by collaborating with your dedicated sales team, setting the course for the day. From there, you'll dive into your passion for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying those elusive business openings, and nurturing new customer relationships. You'll hit the road, meeting customers where they are, and showcasing LeanWerks' commitment to excellence in precision machining and engineering services.

Your day is a dynamic blend of strategy, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to our team. WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER:

  • A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM tools for effective customer relationship management
  • Proven experience in coordinating with production management on capabilities and capacity
  • Valid driver's license and the willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Genuine passion for sales and connecting with customers
