All that you need is:
- 10+ years of experience as a highly skilled machinist/programmer
- Well-versed in 2,3,4 & 5 Axis machining techniques and principles, as well as 9 Axis Mill/Turn operations
- GD&T understanding and interpretation
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Natural leader
